Flying U Grill & Events is a family operation led by Ronnie Peden and his mother, Debbie Peden, from Moccasin, Arizona.

For the Pedens, cooking isn't simply about putting food on a plate. It's about bringing people together.

Their approach is inspired by Western ranching and pioneer traditions, when meals were cooked over fire, Dutch ovens were essential equipment, and hospitality meant making sure everyone around the table left well fed.

Today, Flying U keeps those traditions alive while taking them somewhere unexpected.

Sometimes that's a wedding. Sometimes it's a rodeo. And sometimes it's onsite at a movie site with just a set of GPS coordinates miles down a dirt trail.
